Morristown High School Welding Students Tested Per AWS D1.1.

A great morning with my 1st customers as an AWS Accredited Test Facility. It was a great blessing to spend some time with some young folks who are interested in welding.

These young folks stepped up to the challenge of displaying their skills to someone new and having those results compared to written requirements of a written code used to qualify welders for welding on steel structures in the US.

Though passing is valuable, the real value lies in the experience.

Though younger welders may not have all of the “experience” we may want sometime, they may often have some other traits they can build on..

Pretty good looking 1G cap if you ask me. (“…for a high school kid.”). NOPE it’s a good looking cap for anyone.

Give the youth of today a chance!!!
