This manual was started many years ago and had been revised as needed. It’s not all inclusive in this form but it may help you get an idea of what I have done.

This is NOT the best system or manual. Its what I came up with. When it was written, I had no idea that there were free sources such as Skillscommons.org with manuals already in the public domain. So I started from scratch using what was required in AWS QC4 and QC7 as a guide and my experience working with written quality systems over the years. With my experience with COMSUBLANT 4855, ASME, and Structural steel, the process was not too painful. But it was time consuming. If you are interested here is the link.
